A deliberate plan

Start with people and time.

  1. Set the household title and planning time zone. Changing the zone changes displayed local times, not saved instants.
  2. Add or rename the household members.
  3. Record unavailable intervals with explicit start and end dates. Private notes stay in the notebook.
  4. Add commitments and assign a recorded responsible person.
  5. Check overlaps, propose another person if needed, and record a local decision.
  6. Save and keep a private backup. Review selected commitments before downloading a handoff.

Overnight and clock changes

Use the next date for an interval that ends after midnight. If a clock-change time does not exist, choose a different time. If it occurs twice, choose the first or second occurrence explicitly. Dates from 2020 through 2040 are supported.

Keep a separate copy

Browser storage can be cleared or fail. Save explicitly and download a full private JSON notebook, up to 5 MB. Restore replaces the whole in-memory household only after confirmation; save afterward. A newer save from another tab is refused.

A local record

No messages are sent. Recording acceptance does not establish another person’s agreement. A changed work interval never automatically changes who is responsible for a commitment.
