Inside the notebook
Keep time and responsibility together.
People and planning
Name up to six household members and choose a planning time zone. Keep up to 500 unavailable intervals and 500 commitments, each with explicit start and end dates. Overnight intervals use the actual following date; an interval can last at most 31 days.
See seven days together
A seven-day agenda shows commitments and unavailable intervals in the planning zone, with a person filter and a reviewed weekly text export. Overnight entries continue across the correct local dates.
Repeat a familiar week
Copy selected commitments or unavailable work intervals into a later calendar week. Review full dates and overlap counts before adding the copies. Local clock times stay consistent; private notes are left out.
Visible conflicts
Each commitment shows overlaps with its assigned person’s unavailable intervals and other recorded commitments. The two counts stay separate. Touching endpoints are not overlapping; a commitment is never compared against itself. The tool does not infer free time or read another person’s calendar. Review overlapping responsibilities.
Proposed changes
Propose another household member for a commitment and review that person’s recorded unavailable intervals and other commitments. The current responsibility remains until you record acceptance. Editing the commitment supersedes a pending proposal. This is a local decision history, not proof that another person saw or accepted the change.
Controlled selected-plan links
Prepare a public selection and explicitly publish it through the separate creator-key preview. A stable viewing link can show later owner-published replacements; management and viewing access are separate. Read the controlled-sharing guide.
Portable copies
Save explicitly in this browser, download a full private notebook or review a selected text handoff. Version-1 notebook content matches the existing native development format. No automatic synchronization, messages, notifications or shared account is available.
