When the work week changes

See the clash before changing the plan.

A late shift can overlap a pickup or a household task. Enter the unavailable interval, then check the person assigned to each commitment. The overlap is a prompt to review the plan.

Responsibility does not move itself

A changed shift leaves the current assignment in place. Propose another household member and review their unavailable intervals. Record acceptance only when you intend to update the local responsibility; record decline to leave it unchanged.

Keep the next conversation concrete

Select the commitments you want in a text handoff. It includes their titles, planning-zone times and recorded responsible people. It excludes private notes, work intervals, proposals and unselected commitments.

Know what is checked

Conflicts compare a commitment against its assigned person’s unavailable intervals. The browser tool also checks other recorded commitments for the same responsible person. It does not check external calendars or unrecorded responsibilities. Use a shared calendar when everyone needs synchronized updates.

Carry a familiar shift forward

Use reviewed interval copying when several recorded shifts recur. Choose a later week and check the target dates and conflicting commitments before adding. Responsibility does not move automatically.
